Our story started when our co-founders (and serial entrepreneurs at the time) Slava, Dimas, Eugen, and Yego met through a startup founders club Shmit16, and realized they wanted to build something together.
Their initial idea was focused on building a productivity tool for virtual meetings. They played around with multiple ideas from building a virtual office to Google Meet extension.
April 2022
The turning point happened when after conducting 100+ interviews and onboarding 20+ customers, the team realized there could be no silver bullet. Every customer had a unique problem, yet there was one thing in common — nobody knew what exactly was wrong with meetings in their organization.
So instead of asking, "How do we fix meetings?" Between team starts asking, "How do we help people learn what to fix?".
That's when Between Analytics, the meetings intelligence tool was born.
August 2022
After analyzing thousands of meetings for customers across industries, they saw it’s not a set of tools that define top-performing teams. It’s the culture and processes that make it or break it.
Guided by this insight, the team pivots again, this time from an analytical tool to a data-driven culture automation tool.
End of 2022
Today, Between helps hundreds of teams save thousands of hours by adopting the best remote work policies.
